Administrative law

Administrative law or public administration law is a special branch of Slovak public law, which includes relations between administrative bodies and natural persons, legal persons and between administrative bodies themselves. These relationships are of an administrative nature and are based on inequalities of entities, with the administrative body always being the superior subject of the relationship.

I provide my clients with complete legal services related to administrative law, especially legal aid in infringement proceedings or representation before administrative authorities and police authorities.
